These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phcash.con ("phcash.con", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phcash.con website located at phcashcon.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

phcash.con reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the phcash.con Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phcash.con, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from phcash.con or any affiliated platform;
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phcash.con reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings generated will be voided.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and services on phcash.con, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phcash.con. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phcash.con reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify phcash.con immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent phcash.con support.

phcash.con will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phcash.con is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phcash.con accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phcash.con does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phcash.con aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to applicable limits.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The use of phcash.con for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. phcash.con reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious transaction activity is detected.

phcash.con offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms at the time the offer is made.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• phcash.con reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, phcash.con reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phcash.con's decision in such matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any phcash.con trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of phcash.con intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcash.con, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, phcash.con shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any third-party conduct, content, or services accessible through or in connection with the Platform;
• Any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

phcash.con's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcash.con account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcash.con reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You are under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to phcash.con;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, phcash.con reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phcash.con, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcash.con from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phcash.con with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

phcash.con's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of phcash.con to be effective.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of phcash.con. phcash.con may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
